Rene’s Summery Mango Dessert

I will add a picture of this one when i make it again. This recipe comes from my cooking GURU, Rene. She’s taught me so much and I honestly wish  that I had half of her talent in the kitchen. I have never met such a natural cook with such incredible instincts.

This recipe is ridiculously easy and super tasty – so great for summer evenings! Thank you Rene!

 

3 – 4 large mangoes chopped up into chunks

250ml fresh cream (whipped)

250ml double think plain greek yoghurt

3 Tbsp muscovado sugar

 

– Chop up the mangoes and place in a pretty dish

– Gently fold the yoghurt into the whipped cream until just combined, be careful not to over mix

– pour the creamy mixture over the mangoes

– scatter the sugar over the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

*the sugar will go all melty on the creamy mixture and adds just the perfect amount of sweetness to this amazing dessert.
